New SSD: Leave Windows on older version or move to newer version?
Will SSD performance be affected if Windows is installed on a slower SSD? I don't care about Windows boot time.

Other ssds are not affected. Applications run with cpu gpu drive on the SSD in which they are stored. Windows is just a user profile quasi the remote control. Better remote control doesn’t make a better TV.
