New iPhone – access profile not possible – message: illegal device?

My son has a new iPhone. We wanted to assign the access profile again in the FRITZ!Box, but I keep getting the message: Assignment not possible, illegal device.
Can someone help me? I've tried everything, but I keep getting this message.

Is the new iPhone even connected to the Fritzbox? Does it have a fixed IP?
And you need to add the iPhone to the profile, not vice versa.
Evtl has the device been reported stolen once?
