New Beta RR50 Enduro won't start?

Goodbye,

I received my new Beta RR50 Enduro three days ago. However, it's having trouble starting in the cold.

The gear is out, the fuel tap is out, even the choke is in, and the Beta won't start with the kickstarter. Eventually, after numerous attempts, the Beta starts.

I bought it online from a dealer in Saxony. I live in Bavaria.

What can I do to fix the problem? I've already considered changing the spark plug.

There are two problems: The bike is new and it's not a good idea to "tinker" with it because the dealer is primarily responsible for taking care of any problems.

The second problem is technical: For the bike to run, it needs an ignition spark and a fuel/air mixture.

You use the choke, but this can result in the mixture being too rich, for example when the choke wasn't actually necessary.

Then the engine "floods", the spark plug is wet and the engine won't start.

So please unscrew the spark plug, then start WITHOUT the spark plug and without accelerating, then screw the spark plug back in and then try to start.

If necessary, if the candle is wet, you must dry it with a cloth before hand.

No, if the engine is flooded, there is gasoline in the combustion chamber and the spark plug is wet.

Then you unscrew the spark plug and activate the starter. Of course, the engine won't start without a spark plug, but the goal is to remove the fuel from the combustion chamber. If you were to simply dry the spark plug and screw it back in WITHOUT "starting" it first, it would immediately become wet again.

Without a spark plug, you pull the kickstarter four or five times, and an electric starter for three to five seconds. The piston moves in the cylinder, ventilating the combustion chamber. If you then screw the dry spark plug back in and start the engine properly, the engine should start.

Maybe it's clearer now.
