NEUER iPhone Akku schnell leer (100% Akkuleistung)?

Einmal die kurze Vorgeschichte:
Ich habe gestern einen neuen Akku in mein iPhone 8 eingesetzt und außer, dass sich eine der Pentalobe Schrauben nicht so einfach lösen ließ, funktionierte alles perfekt. Kaum dass das Handy offen war, vergingen keine zwanzig Minuten, da war der alte Akku raus und der neue drin (Handy war währenddessen empfehlungsgemäß ausgeschalten und noch dazu unter zwanzig Prozent vom alten Akku her) und das Handy wieder zugeschraubt. Laut der Batterieanzeige bei den Einstellungen hat der neue Akku 100% der maximalen Kapazität und es gab auch keinerlei Fehlermeldungen.
Dennoch ist der Akku nach wie vor unfassbar schnell leer, meiner persönlichen Einschätzung nach sogar schneller als der alte (der bei 74% Kapazität war (ja, das geht noch eindeutig schlechter, das weiß ich. Mein 5C konnte “damals” ohne Laden gar nicht mehr benutzt werden, bis der Akku getauscht wurde)).
Da ein BackUp momentan noch nicht direkt möglich ist, bis ich meinen altersschwachen PC mit neuer Wärmeleitpaste versorgt habe (ist zeittechnisch bedingt noch nicht erfolgt), habe ich das Handy noch nicht zurückgesetzt, um zu schauen, ob es sich dadurch erledigt.
Dazu noch ein paar Infos bezüglich des Handys:
iPhone 8
IOS 16.7.7 (ist für dieses Gerät die neueste Version)
128 GB insgesamt
53,53 GB frei
iCloud Speicher standardmäßig bei 5GB, wovon der Großteil belegt ist, jedoch war dies auch bereits zu Beginn so, als ich dieses Handy benutzt habe und da war der Akku bei 89% und alles war prima.
Nein, ich werde kein BackUp machen, indem ich den iCloud Speicher upgrade, da ich das alles immer lieber auf einem festen Gerät habe (ist so eine persönliche Bevorzugung von mir).
Hat jemand vielleicht ähnliche Erfahrungen?
Regelt sich das durch ein Zurücksetzen einfach oder habe ich da etwas verpasst, was man nach dem Einsetzen des neuen Akkus machen muss?

No, something was missed before the exchange: let him change from Apple. There, and only there and with autorised dealers gets an original.
This is very, very unlikely. Where did you get that? Apple sells only to authorized dealers and not to third parties.
Well, it was actually assumed that the Apple symbol is on the new battery. But regardless of this, there has never been a problem when I have exchanged a battery for others (both with newer models and older models). And if the capacity is specified as 100% when displaying in the settings, do I assume that the battery is recognized as new and it is accordingly?
And actually you really don’t have to let the batteries be exchanged by Apple yourself, as there were plenty of other people and entire companies that take this through successfully.
Unfortunately a mistake. The battery may be new, but it does not mean that it can be read correctly from iOS. 100% may also vote, but of what? If I refuel my 100 L tank against a 50 liter he’s 100% full, but I’m still half as far as I can.
If they really use originals, that’s okay. But no one gets the authorized dealer. And you don’t pay less.
Two options:
In both cases you have bad luck: the battery does not bring you the power you wish.
I was (feelly) assumed that the Apple symbol on the battery is that it is an original. However, there is no change in the situation in any way that there has always been good successes when I have exchanged a battery for others (both in older and newer models)
