New full denture causes gag reflex?

After wearing cast dentures with clasps on both my upper and lower jaws for many years, I had to have my last teeth extracted, and I now wear temporary full dentures on my upper and lower jaws.

They fit surprisingly well and I don't really have any problems with them, apart from a latent slight gag reflex, as the upper palate seems very long to me and extends far back.

Are the problems normal at the beginning and will they go away, or should I have the upper denture shortened?

Otherwise, the full dentures look great, much better than the old clasp dentures.

Well, in itself, it must not come to a wortreit, the prosthesis goes up to the A-line and not otherwise it comes to choke. What to consider here is that the one more and others are less sensitive.

A bit of wort irritation is quite normal in the first upper total prosthesis at the beginning. I had that in my first total prosthesis with palate plate too.

If you can hold it, let it happen, the wort irritation passes quickly and the longer the palate plate is, the better sits and sucks your prosthesis.

I have been very satisfied with total prosthesis wearer for a very long time, got her young and meanwhile my fourth couple and no problems with it.

My total prosthesis looks great, are practically easy to care and hygienic.

You will also get used to them quickly!!!
