New driver’s license issue?

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I am turning to you because there may be people with the same problem or who have already overcome it.

I was caught driving with cannabis twice in 2021, and blood was taken both times.

I had to pay a fine and hand in my driving license.

Now that cannabis is legal, one could theoretically challenge this without having to take an MPU.

The first time I was caught with 4ng and the second time the driver's license only shows cannabis consumption.

Now my question is, is it advisable to apply for this since it costs money and I only have “limited resources”?

Has anyone of you been in the same situation and can possibly help me?

If you are not financially able to pay a lawyer, in this case you are actually entitled to a legal advice voucher. You can get this at the competent local court against submitting your documents and then give you expert advice. A lawyer for traffic law will be able to inform you very competently and also represent you.
