I have the same problem!
Both on my Iphone and the Apple TV Box, the message comes from Netflix. Must be an IOS problem.
When I open over the Fire TV Stick Netflix everything runs without problems…

You seem VPN or proxy to use. Turn it off.

If you don’t use one, look in the Settings by VPN/Proxy; Maybe you’ve unconsciously connected to one.

You can try the Restart app; or if you use the website – the Browser cache to empty.
