Netflix top-up card credit debited but not received, what to do?

Hey you,

I bought a Netflix top-up card and just redeemed it. However, the credit hasn't arrived in my account. Will this take a while? Before, the credit was usually in my account immediately.

Maybe enter the code again and try if it still works
