It says so on the subscription. However, I have my TV, my PS5 and my phone connected and can watch anywhere

Last week, I was able to watch the first episode of the third season in German on Paramount+. Now, apparently, the series is only available in English. Does anyone have any idea why this is so? The description of the series is still in German. There's also no indication that this is the original audio.
