For IP addresses that deviate from this, Netflix wants to demand money for additional members, i.e. more households. Netflix has already asked the first customers in Germany to confirm their budget. Account owners can also manually confirm or update a Netflix household via the settings. If they don’t do this, Netflix automatically sets a budget for the account using IP address, device IDs and account activities.
