Netflix basic subscription restricted?

I've been thinking about getting Netflix to try out and watch a few films and series. I've read that some films and series aren't available in the basic subscription with ads for €4.99. However, I haven't seen any specific information about the basic subscription without ads for €7.99. My question is, are some titles also removed from the basic subscription without ads, or will I be able to watch the entire Netflix offering with the subscription?
