Neon tetras spawn without a spawning box?
One of my female neon fish has been very fat for a few weeks and is probably ready to spawn already or soon, but I don't have a spawning box and won't be able to get one anytime soon.
Can these fish also spawn in groups?
I'm not necessarily concerned about the offspring, I'm just worried about the mother.
Also in the aquarium are:
7 more neons
8 Black-cloak tetras
5 five-banded bass
2 Reddish Sucker Barbs
1 antenna catfish

There are two possibilities, as the female laughs at some point.
She manages to defend the eggs or young animals against the rest of the pelvis and young fish grow up.
Other fish were faster and eat a little less fish food thrown into the pool.
I’m sure you could improvise such a badger.
The young fish would be eaten by the mother himself. I’m more concerned that she lays the eggs so she won’t get sick.
