Neighbor opens my trash and diaper and now demands that I pick it up?

Since August I live in an apartment, since then it is the fourth time that someone scattered my garbage opener

The first few times I thought it was a coincidence and put it on

The fourth time I realized that it was intentionally east and I left the garbage

Now a neighbor I had never seen came to me, aggressively next to a small child, I recorded everything on video.

He said the garbage cans were never cool, he opened the garbage, then he said, no, a month ago, now he didn't do it

He said contradictory things like: why don't you put your garbage in the bins

Of course I took everything in beforehand, even the overfilled garbage bins, I knew something would happen

He said the garbage cans were never full

I said I would like to show him photos, he did not want to see this

He insulted me, he said the garbage can stinks because of my son's diapers,

My son is the only one in the house who wears diapers, he said such rude things

He said if I don't pick up the trash that he deliberately scattered and opened, he will put it in front of my door

I said that I am not willing to collect the garbage that has been dumped, as this is vandalism

At the end of the conversation he said something about waste separation and that he had opened my garbage together with the landlord a month ago, he had read my letters, he is not allowed to do this

Now the opened garbage, including opened diaper bags with feces from my son in the backyard, I feel bad

I know that I don't want to give in now because he will do this again and again

But at the same time I'm afraid that he could call the youth welfare office as a next step as bullying, because he's just looking for a fight. I have everything on video, which proves that it's pure harassment.

I am considering going to the Tenants' Association

What do you think? Would you pick up the trash if it were intentionally scattered?

Would you collect the garbage if it were deliberately scattered?

I’d buy something first and I’d be able to finish my garbage can.

If that’s not possible because it’s a community ton, I would try to put the perpetrator and then turn to my landlord. Perhaps you can also get your own ton or the landlord can successfully manage the trouble peace.

Honestly, I don’t understand your question. This is also understandable
