Neighbor is annoying and he is physically ill?
Hi guys, I have a problem and have had it for a long time.
My neighbor, 76, has been single for years and lives next door. Last year he confessed to me that he fancies me, blah blah. I'm 30.
My brother heard about it and politely told him to stop. He apologized to me too. I was just smoking on the balcony again and he started talking and I didn't want to be rude, so I listened for a bit and told him I was going inside. Then he said yes, in Germany the statistics for child rape are high and so on. Then he said yes, where do we live, and I answered yes, in Germany. Then he said yes, it's your fault, ha ha ha.
Then I just said, "It's clear it's not your fault." Then he told me, "You have to spank your ass." My brother just heard this and now he says he wants to go and hit him.
