Neighbor doesn't accept his own Hermes parcel, what should I do?

Hello, I received my Hermes parcel yesterday, and the Hermes delivery driver asked me to pick up a parcel for my neighbor. I've rung her doorbell twice, and strangely enough, she said she wouldn't accept the parcel because she didn't order anything. What should I do with the Hermes parcel now?

If necessary, return the Hermes package to a Hermes shop with the reference to the non-acceptance by the actual recipient.

Pick up well.

I'd keep it unopened first.Should someone report it out.

In the future, I would not accept anything for anyone…

Why not one? It's not enough to accept anything for the particular neighbor.

I'd try to push the package in the hand again, as your name is on it. Let her see the transmitter. You get some stuff you didn't order. In my group of friends and families, that happens.

Otherwise, bring the package to the next Hermes package store. They should try the delivery themselves or send the package back to the sender.

You could have it sent back to the sender via the post with the note “Not Accepted” and explain it to the post.

Maybe the neighbor should ask again if you have gifted someone a gift and sent over Hermes!

Put it in front of the neighbor.
