I actually need the addition of magnesium daily and sometimes also potassium. The Schüßler salts are very helpful to meet the need.

Someday I take a vitamin complex (with probiotics and Ayurvedic herbs) and in the evening a mineral complex (with vitamin d). I set yoghurt myself (due to living cultures) and Omega 3 with q 10 is also at the start. Oh amino acids I take to the drinks in the morning and in the evening, an infect starts to increase the supply of everything.

I haven’t used it yet.

You should simply feed yourself balanced, then you do not need any supplements.

There’s nothing wrong with magnesium, and if you can’t take iron, you’re not even guilty of it. Even with balanced diet, the body sometimes needs something in addition

Good. Unfortunately, it is true that, based on vitamin D3, it is simply not to mention an example.

In colds, I take larger amounts of vitamin C and zinc. If I react early, they’ll be easier. I sometimes swallow melatonin in the evening before important days when I can sleep worse before excitement.

I’m still in love with some others, but I’d have to read more and there’s a lot of reading material.

I’ve been living vegan for a long time.

Once a week, I take the B12 drops from Ankermann – in addition during the sun-poor months VitaminD.

But also some omnivers – or should it do so !

It’s just a business-making business with people’s fear of health.

Nourish yourself versatile and balanced. Then no one needs such a stuff.

Puh, unfortunately, quite wrong and completely past the subject. Have fun with vitamin D deficiency then at the latest in spring…

Instead of swallowing any synthetically produced pills, pay attention to a good diet!
