No. A donut has about 300 kilocalories. These are 15-20% of your daily needs.

You should take time for lunch. I work over 12 hours a day, but 15 minutes to eat in peace for lunch and 15 minutes for dinner you always have.

You won’t get fat

If you eat often and many donuts, it could, of course, lead to you taking too – but of course, it depends on what else you eat and how much you move.

I don’t think so long as you burn all the calories you need. I also think that once it is not bad and must happen more often for fat formation.
