Need help with a vending machine, Magex easy touch 9?

Hello dear community,

We need help with a Magex Easy Touch 9. It's about setting up the coin ejector correctly. We bought it used and the change was taken out but not put back or anything. We're not really familiar with it yet. We were able to set everything up for making purchases, but when you put more money in and are supposed to get change, nothing works. It always says there's no change available. Maybe someone knows about this type of machine and can give us a quick hand, because we've tried everything and just can't find the problem ourselves. There's no change available.

That's why he doesn't return any change. He just has none.

You need to provide it with change, see the user manual.
