Narben zeigen in der Arbeit Große Angst?
Hallo ich (M/27) habe mich zwischen 2015-2021 wegen einer Psychischen Erkrankung immer wieder selbst verletzt durch schneiden und habe es bisher auf Arbeit immer durch langärmlige Shirts die ich selbst bei 35 Grad getragen habe versteckt
Nun habe ich eine Neue Arbeit wo es Firmenkleidung gibt und da ist die Auswahl zwischen Dickem Pulli oder eben kurzärmlig und bisher habe ich Immer diese dicken Pullis getragen aus Angst das ich auf meine Narben angesprochen oder schlimmstenfalls dafür fertig gemacht werde aber da der Sommer nun doch noch zunehmend wärmer wird würde ich schon mehrmals angesprochen ob mir nicht zu warm ist….
Und ich bin mit garnicht sicher ob es überhaupt auffällt weil es sind mittlerweile nur noch einige weiße Striche
Wie überwinden ich diese Angst davor morgen was kurzes zu tragen?
denn der Sommer geht ob ich will oder nicht auf jeden Fall weiter.

Then the (rhetorian) question: ‘Do you still see that?’ With raised eyebrows and emphasis on ‘see’.
So a little play is totally ok in response to a (too personal) question of people who don’t care about it.
Many are just too curious, but you can throw them badly as a return carriage, well educated as you are now!
