Nanoleaf Lines not working?

Hello,

I've had the Nanoleaf Lines for about a year now, and they've always worked well, but one evening my PC (which I use to control them) said they were unavailable. I followed all the recommended steps (restarting the app, removing and trying to add them again, plugging them in and plugging them back in), but none of that helped, and the RESET button didn't work either. Also, since I deleted them from the app, I can't add them anymore. The only thing that happens when I plug them in is that they glow white, but nothing else happens until I unplug them.
Has anyone had this problem before or know a solution?

Hi, actually have the same problem and have now contacted the support, because unfortunately you don’t really find something helpful on the Internet. At the moment I’m waiting for an answer but I might recommend you to contact this one too. You can also do this easily in the app if you click on the three points below and then go to “Send Support Ticket”. I know the answer is not really helpful but if I get an answer from the support I try to think of you writing a more helpful answer this time.

Hi, this is an update for the first answer I gave. I have now contacted the support, as I said, and after 1 week I have already received an answer in which I was supposed to make a video of my problem. I did this and sent it. After that, I got an answer a few days late with recommendations that I can and did. Unfortunately, this has not worked and I now get the power supply as well as this part for the connection replaced.
