Nano aquarium white coating and thread algae?

Hello everyone, unfortunately I had bad experiences with my aquarium and would like to start over.

I have set up my aquarium with many plants, both fast growing and slow growing.

Unfortunately, thread algae and white deposits quickly settled on the plants.

It looks unsightly and the water quality is constantly milky or cloudy.

My question now is whether I can rid the plants of all this stuff. I mean, can I rinse them with water (so that they don't get damaged, of course) or whether they have to go for good because of all the algae spores.

The filter also somehow broke because it doesn't allow enough flow into the aquarium.

I haven't added any fish yet, which is why I prefer a complete restart.

What I noticed is that the light that came with the aquarium is incredibly bright. What's the maximum length of time the aquarium can be lit to prevent algae growth? Or rather, to limit it.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

How long has the AQ been running?

The white can well be a bacterial grass, especially when sticking to roots. This often happens with new roots because still leftovers of sugar in the wood are a great breeding ground for these colleagues. If the sugar is “frenched” the glibber disappears from itself, but you can also rinse it off or wipe it away. Come on, but it doesn’t take forever.

Against the algae spores, frequent water changes help, with the light I don’t know myself well now, after planting started with 3 hours and slowly increased. Together with plant growth, I also adjusted the amount of fertilizer (2x a week iron, 2x liquid full fertilizer)

Depending on what you’ve got in the filter, it’s worth changing something, for example, I threw out 1 sponge and replaced with a bag of sintered glass + a small bag of phosphate-ex packed because now, ball fish eat a lot and then suck them a lot but on diet they’ll be a bit insult;)
After a cyano plage the gottseidank is over (a high on the H2O2!) seems to work now.

I had analgae quite in the beginning, I had probably had too little / wrong fertilized and doof illuminated because 5 people have clicked me 10 “absolute truths”… More light, less light, ne week nix feeding, fertilizing, not fertilizing, it was to rip out hair. What really worked in the end I don’t know, but it got better. In the meantime, I got the rage, and three plants were soaked radically.
