Since I have pollen allergies, sometimes less (e.g. birch pollen), I have cross allergies to certain foods.

e.g. hazelnuts, pears, peach (nectarine ok), most apples and bananas.

What do I do? I avoid these foods, but try to be careful again and again, as it has changed over my life.

I can’t eat a lot of apples in the trade, then I get strong tingling in my neck and must cough constantly.

But there are also apple varieties that are tolerated by Allergikern gur: Boskop, Grauensteiner, Wellant, Topaz, Santana, Rubinola are well tolerated. You have to try yourself:-))

Paprika and partly also apples… Cooked both is not a problem because the allergens are thermolabile. If that wasn’t the case, I wouldn’t do it. It’s the simplest.

I am lactose intolerant and allergic to soy. What are you doing? I avoid eating the food, or consume lactose-free variants.
