Nail in the pipe?
I have a nail (about 30 cm to the right of the socket at a height of one meter)
into the wall. As I tried to adjust the nail, the power went out in half the room (the fuse was still in).
When I put the nail back into the opening the power came back on.
There is no electricity on the nail itself, but it obviously conducts.
So leave the nail in the wall and continue living peacefully?
It’s a fire hazard. Please let this be repaired immediately by a professional.
Hi.
Building these are reasons why houses burn off, over-gyngsresisting, the fun gets hot and the cottage burns.
You don’t want to have that. Please get an electrician!
I think if you’re a tenant and have a liability insurance, you can even submit it later.
No, of course not because the power line is damaged there.
It can be that the insulation is scratched in the course of time and then the nail can stand under current.
The wall must be opened at the damaged location and the damaged line must be repaired professionally. After that, it’ll be cleaned again.
Hello,
I don’t think that’s a good idea.
That would be a case for an electrician.
Best regards,
Willy
