Neck problems, how can I deal with them?

I've had neck problems for years. It usually happens that my right temple goes numb for a day or two, and during that time I have severe neck pain. The doctor says everything's fine. Is there any kind of neck exercise I can do?

I've now had my massage rescheduled, but it's still not much better. Does anyone have any other tips?

There can be many causes for neck pain.

The orthopaedic always analyses this very well. I have one more chiropractor, which is very casual.

But to the causes in everyday life can also be: mattress, pillow, posture at the PC (also on work, possibly), accidents etc. …

Massage is not bad for relaxing, but actually a physiotherapist would be working with you to build muscle in the neck, upper shoulder area. This is good because after a certain time, you can perform these exercises yourself.

Take a quarter of a nicotine patch in the neck and see if it gets better. Change the plaster daily.

How nicotine plasters are supposed to help me with this, doesn’t reveal me. The FS has not mentioned anything about nicotine addiction.

The wife of Dr.Ardis also believed that, but after a Harvard study, nicotine does not addict but the fabric is added to the cigarettes. Much nicotine is in Aubergine and celery bars. Don’t be addicted!

This can have many causes, wrong attitude, wrong pillow etc. A good pillow already makes a great deal.

Ask your doctor about physiotherapy or rehabilitation.
