I want to do this through Viagogo, but unfortunately, the QR code or transfer is only available shortly after the concert. How can I prove through Viagogo that I own the tickets and that they will be transferred, albeit only in some time?

If you bought tickets from Eventim, you should sell them over Fansale. This is safe for you and the buyer. Viagogo is out.
