ich habe eine Sendung aus England zu mir unterwegs. Nun ist dort beim Versand leider ein Fehler passiert und es steht nur der Vorname + Adresse auf dem Paket. Aktuell befindet es sich noch bei der Zollabfertigung. Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit, dass ich das Paket dennoch zugestellt bekomme? Bspw. dass ich dem DHL Boten die Bestellbestätigung und Rechnung zeige?
