Nachbarskatzen besuchen uns. Jetzt droht ggf eine Anzeige. Sind sie im Recht?
Ich weiß nicht, ob ich mit meiner Fragestellung hier richtig bin, denn es handelt sich um einen Fall aus der Schweiz. Aber vllt sind die Gesetze dort ähnlich wie hier…
Mein Vater lebt seit einiger Zeit in der Schweiz, meine Mutter pendelt immer hin und her. Sie haben dort mittlerweile ein Haus und sie kriegen regelmäßig “Besuch” von den Katzen der Nachbarn. Meine Eltern locken sie weder an noch füttern sie sie noch sperren sie sie ins Haus. Nun droht meinem Vater wohl eine Anzeige einer Nachbarin, die ihm vorwirft, ihre Katze zu “klauen”. Sie war bereits vor ein paar Tagen in Begleitung ihrer Freundin und zwei Polizisten bei meinem Vater (meine Schwester und ihr Freund waren auch da) und die Polizei war sehr auf der Seite der Frau. Sie meinten zB, mein Vater sollte die Katze mit dem Gartenschlauch verjagen und Türen und Fenster geschlossen halten, damit die Katze nicht reingeht. Zudem – das Absurdeste- hat die Freundin gesagt, sie hätte gesehen, dass oben die Fenster gekippt seien. Das sei “gefährlich für Katzen”. Mein Vater meinte daraufhin, dass er sich sicherlich nicht vorschreiben lassen wird, wie er in seinem eigenen Haus und Grundstück verhalten soll. Die Damen wollten auch auf das Grundstück, was mein Vater ihnen verwehrt hat.
Das und noch viel mehr, pure Absurditäten. Nun soll mein Vater in den nächsten Tagen Post bekommen und soll seine Perspektive schildern. Ggf wird es vors Gericht gehen. Was zur Hölle, als hätte man nicht genug Stress.
Könnte sie damit Erfolg haben? Auf welcher Grundlage könnte sie meinen Vater belangen? Es gibt sowas wie “unrechtmäßiges Aneignen fremder beweglicher Sachen”, was absoluter Schwachsinn ist, da er sich keine der Katzen aneignen will. Der Kater einer anderen Nachbarin kommt auch hin und wieder, diese Besitzerin sieht es ganz locker und freut sich sogar, dass ihre Katze Gesellschaft hat.
Vielleicht kriege ich hier ja ein paar Antworten.

If they don’t want the cat to go to others, then they just have to lock them in because with a walker you can badly prescribe where to go and where not and have to let it happen or you lock your own property so that the cat can only stay within your own garden. We’ve got a cat in D who was in Switzerland too, but because of my father’s job there would be united. And here’s the same, there’s neighboring caskets who’re cheating on us. The one was even on a cat’s club with us. And also ours goes to make, all without problems.
The cat is just an excuse from her to make trouble. For some reason, she’s looking for something and she thinks something to have found, but that’s nothing, and that’s sure she knows. Have you ever been trying to talk to her about her side or your father’s side? He can’t do that their cat likes to stay with him, but that’s just a cat thing that they decide who they find sympathetic and therefore like to be there. If you don’t want to do that, they don’t have to make sure that it doesn’t make their cat and not your father do something against them.
The neighbor has a big personal problem.

Is she friends with the difficult cat owner? Would she talk to her? What experience did she have with her?
You really don’t need a neighboring dispute, even if your parents don’t have it and are right.

I don’t know. I only know that all the cats are walking in the village and understanding each other. The nice neighbor is definitely on the side of my father!
He would only get problems if he a) deliberately locks the cat, or b) feeds. What he doesn’t do.
In Germany, by the way, neighbours only have tolerate 2 free-going cats per neighbor in their garden.
I’d guess the policeman was friends with the woman.
If there’s really an ad coming… wait. There should be nothing, the purpose of the visit was to intimidate your parents.
