Nachbarshund vernachlässigt?
Hallo! Meine Nachbarn haben einen Zwergpinscher, diesen haben sie seit der Corona-Pandemie (2020). Wahrscheinlich haben sie diesen gekauft aus Langeweile o.ä.
Sie gehen mit ihm nie Gassi, er hat eine KATZENKLAPPE!!! um in den kleinen Reihenhausgarten zu kommen. Dort bellt er laut usw.
Doch jetzt das schlimmste sie sind jetzt auf Urlaub (seit Samstag) und der Hund ist ALLEINE zu Hause. Er bellt und heult den ganzen Tag ununterbrochen und man hört es bis in unser Haus!
Wie kann ich etwas dagegen tun, kann das Tierheim da helfen?
