Nachbarschaft?
Nachbar raucht Shisha was bei mir zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führt ( ang. Shisha Allergie ) Tippe selbst auf CO Vergiftung , genaue Diagnose steht noch aus. Diverse Symptome wie Übelkeit , Kopfschmerzen , Herzrasen , Bluthochdruck und andere stellen für mich eine massive Einschränkung meiner Lebensqualität dar.
Frage : Geht sein Recht auf Rauchen Ini seiner Wohnung über mein Recht auf Gesundheit und körperliche Unversehrtheit ?
Eure Meinung dazu würde mich interessieren und vielleicht hat ja auch jemand einen hilfreichen Tipp. Danke vorab

I guess your neighbor smokes his shsha in his apartment. Then it’s very unlikely that you have a Carbon monoxide poisoning gets while the neighbor still enjoys his shiasha.

that doesn’t matter, the neighbor has the right to smoke in his apartment and even in free what he likes when it “interrupts” you have to make arrangements for you that it doesn’t bother you anymore.
