Good evening everyone, I just had my wisdom tooth surgery today and will be taking 3-4 weeks off. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Striking and boxing will also take 6-8 weeks off. But what do you say, can I start BJJ, wrestling, and grappling again in 3 weeks with this head protection?
