Rear wheel blocked after torque converter+clutch change?

I recently replaced my torque converter and clutch (Yamaha Aerox 2003). After installing the new V-belt, I wanted to tighten the nuts and noticed my rear wheel locked. If no nut is tightened on the axle on the clutch bell housing, the wheel turns smoothly. If I tighten the nut with an impact wrench, the rear wheel locks. I'm desperately asking for help; I'm completely confused.

Thank you

Hello,
I can only imagine that the mother was tightened from the clutch.
There are no washers or spacer rings at the back.

Turn off the fan wheel from the Vario.
Will the rear wheel turn?

I wouldn’t wear the mother of the clutch with a hit screwdriver, or at most 2 to 3 beats.
When the rear wheel brake is pulled, the nut can be pulled by hand.
Give some bolt securing to the thread of the nuts and hold them. 😉

The mother of the Vario I wear with a torque of 90, or 4 beats.
I had the mother of the clutch loose after two blows.

Unfortunately, my percussion screwdriver died and tomorrow I get a new one so that the clutch is still extended.

The centrifugal force part of the clutch (converter ) sits only loosely rotatably on a sleeve about the output shaft to the rear wheel transmission.

Only the friction bell of the converter is firmly connected to the output shaft to the transmission for the rear wheel in a form-locking manner and directly in a force-locking manner.

Got the same problem, new clutch installed and the rear wheel locked.

Got the old one back and running again. I think I bought the wrong clutch. My scooter: Nova Motors YY50QT-15 (Retro Star) 2500 Kmh

Did you possibly forget a spacer or something during assembly or pushed to the wrong place on the shaft?
