After a power outage, my PC stopped working. How can I fix this?

I understand how the taxable amount is determined I also understand when the tax office demands additional payment: when you haven't paid enough taxes to the tax office. Now I'm wondering how I know if I've paid enough taxes to the tax office? Is there a calculation principle for this in relation to income?
