I had heard of my psychologist that when they stopped me and I have a very small amount of thc in the blood is withdrawn the driving licence

No, that’s not true.

First of all, ask whether you went to the MPU with abstinence and, if so, whether this abstinence was voluntary or necessary. Should it be a voluntary abstinence, it is quite possible to consume it again after the MPU as long as you prove separation in road traffic (i.e., if possible no active values or only very low).

Even if the SB of the FEB had to question your separation capacity again, it could only do this with another MPU arrangement, but not with the immediate withdrawal of the driving licence.

It is true, however, that until 10 years after the new division, a “welcome behavior phase” is valid (after that the former delict in the FAER has been cancelled and must therefore be removed from the FS shares), so that it is definitely better if one does not notice again in any way. ;

10 years withdrawn? I don’t think so.

But it would be hard to pass the next MPU.

You mean you have to prove 10 years of abstinence before you have the next MPU? I also have my doubts – that’s a long time.

I’ll just leave it. The text is very difficult to understand. Signing, spelling. Certainly someone else can deciphered ^^

No, your second guess was not meant by the questioner. Please read my answer to the question, then it will be more understandable…

Personally, I hope you will be pulled out and the tests will be positive, because with this question you have proven that you have not learned from mistakes and are not suitable for driving suitability.

If you don’t do it anymore, it’s okay.
