Back pain on or next to the lumbar spine after squats?

After yesterday's weighted squats (advanced stance), the last two sets didn't go as planned. After both sets, I felt a pressure/pain point on or near my (unclearly identifiable) lumbar spine.

Note: I do not intend to encourage medical consultations with this report, but rather ask, out of pure interest or experience, what the background to the pain is.

I know that there is a genetically predisposed "butt wink" when performing squats, and I pushed this a bit during yesterday's training – I performed the exercise beyond this point.

Now to my actual concern: In everyday life I feel almost nothing – walking, sitting or lying down are no problems – but what I noticed is that when I "roll forward" my spine or bend over with a rounded back there is a pressure/pain point in that area.

My question to the doctors, physiotherapists or hobby specialists in the community: Has anyone had any experience with this and is knowledgeable about this topic?

Hello gfzhh,

looks like you overstretched your back, so
You know the cause you should avoid.

Furthermore, of course, the bending is always a
one-sided failure, the one-sided pressure on the band
means, so you also know this cause.

This creates the following situation:
