Hey.

What I often think about such names is that I'm just some fucking tip and then read it loudly. What makes sense to me in parentheses and then added so aeiou. Sometimes letters remain. You'll just delete them.

Example:

Jxgglftidkjgkhkhurarj

(Jxgklhg)(lftid)(kcjg)(khkhurarj)

Jaxigklahg; leftid; kecijg; knahkeb; khurarj

Optionally you can change them but that would be my tip now!
