You need to go to the Fritz!Box user interface (usually the address fritz.box) and disable the device lock there. You’ll probably find it in the Internet section.
Then the internet connection should work again.
So: No WLan on your PC, nor on any device of the family.

If All Family members of all terminals are like this and no one else gets on the router, then someone has hunzed the routers and you can only set the router to work settings and reconfigure it (which is not a problem because of an existing backup of the configuration).
