My urologist can't find the testicular pain?

Hi everyone, I need a tip because I'm a bit hesitant about asking a doctor about something. I've been having testicular pain for a while. However, when the urologist palpates, she doesn't find anything in the areas where she's pressing. Because she's not hitting the right spot, so to speak. It's the back of the epididymis, or spermatic cord (??). Now my question to you is:

Is it permissible to ask her to feel exactly this spot again, or perhaps even to stand up and point out, "Look, THAT'S where it is?" Or is that somehow provocative or unfriendly, like one shouldn't behave in front of a doctor?

I don't want to explain their job to her or any other doctor, but what good does it do me if they press around there without hitting exactly the right bad spot?

How would you behave in that situation?

Of course, it is allowed to point out the painful place

You can communicate that, “sorry it’s unpleasant to me, I don’t want to unnecessarily extend the palpatory treatment, but can you please do it again at Xy Stelle keys? ‘
