My neighbors are ripping me off (fraud)?
Hello everyone,
I'm contacting you because I recently had a problem with a parcel delivery and I'm a bit confused.
Yesterday, my package was supposedly delivered to one of my neighbors. However, they now claim they haven't received anything. When I checked the tracking number, it said that an electronic signature was captured for this shipment.
The sender has already initiated an investigation, but I'm wondering what good that will do if the tracking says the package is with my neighbor. What should I do if they continue to claim they haven't received the package? Should I consider filing a complaint?
I would be truly grateful for any advice or help you could give me. It's really frustrating, especially because this is something I was looking forward to. I paid by invoice. What do I do now if they claim they don't have anything or that they gave me the package?
I would be very cautious with the accusations, because I know from my own experience that some of them also make false statements (whether I can't judge knowledge or ignorance). I already had an unauthorized neighborhood delivery to a house number that there is not at all. Let the sender do his work and lead a research assignment into the way.
I think I would ask the package provider who has delivered the package where! Maybe he can give an untiring proof.
Maybe they really don't. It often happens that packages were allegedly delivered somewhere, although this was not the case. I would therefore be very careful with the accusation of the neighbors.
Let the investigation run and wait for the result.
The signature must be checked for authenticity. This can only be assumed by the sender.
Ask for more details…

On the basis of the signature, you can actually identify the neighbor and also the package provider should be able to testify that he has handed over the package…
Would tell your neighbor that you're making an ad for submission unless he gives you the package…
To the neighbor, according to my own experience, does not always mean that the package is in the house…. Remember that a show for me has been delivered 11 houses further in a collection station within a nail studio and I also got the message that my package was allegedly handed out to a neighbor. There was no name.
Before you shy the horses and unnecessarily destroy your own home peace, I would wait for the prosecution of the assignee.
If nothing comes out, go to the police and make a statement against UNBEKANNT and not against your neighbors, unless you have solid evidence that they are owned by your delivery and don't want to hand them out to you.
