My moped is sputtering and revving up on its own! What should I do?

Hi everyone! I have a problem with my moped! My moped: Derbi DRD Rracing Year of manufacture: 2011 I've never had any major problems with my moped! Apart from the fact that it was hard to start a few times! Two weeks ago I had an accident where the moped just fell over! Since then the moped hasn't started well! It still starts but sputters when driving and it feels like I have no power! And the engine revs up by itself! The idle speed is too high but turning the idle screw doesn't change anything! When the moped is standing upright the engine doesn't rev as high as when it's on the side stand! Also weird! Hope you can help me! Thanks in advance!

Hey,

it may also be due to the fact that it draws at some point of false air, that would explain the high rotation of the engine. With my moped it was also that if the carburetor wasn’t completely clean inside that she didn’t run right. Maybe clean with brake cleaner and test again. Another idea wouldn’t come from a distance.

Are you instinct?
If so, then the only one is to turn up normally or No rarity.
Otherwise, I recommend that you ask a friend or acquaintance (who knows well) whether he can look at or control your gassed settings.

The cold start automatic system is screwed onto the carburetor and is supplied with voltage.
Earlier, the choke was mechanical, now it is electronically regulated.
The cold-start automatic system checks the temperature and regulates the injection-molding with the aid of these values.

The cold start automatic system is tested:

Release the two screws and carefully remove the cold start automatic.
Spray the pen with WD40 so that it can be used.
Turn the ignition on and watch the pin.
If he moves, she’s okay.
If he doesn’t move, it’s either defective or not supplied with voltage.
Trade fair the voltage on the plug.
If there is voltage, then replace the cold start automatic.
