My machine revs up without accelerating. Why is that?

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me.
I have a Yamaha Virago 125 built in 1997.

My machine stood still for a long time and when I wanted to start it up the engine was idling at high speed without me giving it gas.

I got on and shifted into first gear. My Yamaha took off straight away without me having to press the throttle, and braking was really hard.

What is the reason and what can I do about it?

I am grateful for every answer!

What’s stuck on the carburetor. Slider, bowdenzug. Look what the cable turns right when you turn on the handle

Hmmm… Either the gas train is rusted or the carburetor is so glued that the throttle flap does not go properly.

The Choke is the small lever under the Hup button at the XV 125, after the start, you should push it back slowly to the normal position.
