My internet is really bad�
When I'm home alone and my PC is the only device connected to the internet, I have pretty good internet. But as soon as other people in the house access the internet, it lags/bugs for me. Gaming is almost unplayable. Furthermore, my download speed is no more than 1 Mbps, and sometimes only 1 kB. I live on the third floor; our Wi-Fi router (from 2016) is on the first floor. On the second floor, there's a Wi-Fi extender connected to the router. I also have a Wi-Fi extender on the third floor, which is connected to the Wi-Fi extender on the second floor. The Wi-Fi extender is connected to my PC via an LAN cable. Can you help me get better internet? Is it because of the distance to the router, or is the router too weak/outdated? Thanks in advance.

A WLan connection is basically limited. If you want more and faster go to the first floor and play via LAN connection
Or go to O2 or other providers and let you unlock a Router2Go – this is your own W-lan to take along, which are usually faster than fixed network but not cheap
