My Hero Academia, what do you think of Himiko Toga?

For example, in her fight against Ochako, Ochako said: If you scare others, you have to take responsibility for your actions. And then Toga shed tears and said: Yes… I thought so… I honestly think Toga is really stupid. If she really likes someone, she wants to take all of their blood and become that person and isn't that bad enough and then cut the person open, I mean, I meant, but the person dies anyway if she sucks up their blood, but that doesn't apply to her comrades in the League of Villains? But it does apply to others outside? I find her very illogical and I think it's a shame that she's on the villain side even though she could be so pretty and sweet if she belonged to the good side. What do you think of her? I don't like her.

My personal opinion is that Toga can’t do it. At least not directly. She has burned as well as Tomu has because of her predisposition (her abilities). With her, it’s just kind of harder to classify, I think her inner burning mixes too much with feelings that can hardly be classified for her. In this cuddly muddel between cravings, burning, feelings, instinct and predisposition, she seems to experience a kind of high that, in my opinion, is very complicated discarded.

Personally, for example, I find it strange that you want to become the person you love, that you want to be close and similar but that person, that I know only from people who want to give up your own to be one with the loved one, that I really cannot understand no matter how much I try to understand.

But I understand the excessive and easily misguided burning that she has. That she wants to hurt someone she actually likes. (may I do, but that would be something too open without warning)

The reason why they don’t hurt anyone in the Schurkenliga is obvious to me personally, first of all it’s not stupid and to certain rules (especially for a future higher well-being) you have to hold yourself. Apart from that, she’s not standing there in this way, no one pulls them there like that, so why should they have or practice this? I personally also stand on blue spots and blood with my partner but that’s why I don’t bring anyone to bleed I like.

I don’t like her.

That also brings it briefly and crisp to the point.

Nothing bad, but it looks more like you didn’t understand the psychology behind her character. qwq

To your question, I also don’t like Toga, but has something to do with that I don’t like any female characters, and that I like can count with 2 hands. 🤷🏻

And to the topic that Toga is one of the “bad” ones, I think that depends entirely on what you define yourself as “good” & “bad”. Imo are more of the heroes than evil.

Yeah, I thought you didn’t understand her character.

Dabi and Shigaraki are also deliberately so written so that the backstory was obviously traumatic, which is why they are now as they are. But with some characters you have to take a closer look at the puzzle pieces to really understand them. Selbes bsp for Muzan & Douma, if you really deal with their character, you understand that they are not evil. This applies, for example, to Kisaki Tetta.

Google simply after an analysis of Toga qwq

Now her speciality is that she has to drink blood to turn into someone. That’s why it’s also in her psyche that she likes blood. As a little child, she killed a bird and drank his blood, then showed him to her parents and said how pretty he is. They thought they were plemplem and told her to suppress it. She did. For 11 years or so. But that wasn’t her. She liked a boy in her class and when he got into a fight and bleeding, it was about her. She killed him and sucked his blood. She’s been on the run since.
So the mistake lies with her parents. They did not support her or try to help her control her impulse, but they were stamped as a lunatic. If they had reacted differently, Toga might have become another person.

Like I said, she’s so special about her speciality. Because she needs blood for her speciality, she feels a great desire for it. I suppose she has become so crazy because she has suppressed it for so long. It is also shown in flashbacks partially literally with mask. She didn’t have it, of course, but that should show her how she hid her true I. If she had been helped earlier, so somehow blood ampules or tablets or so given idk, she might have stopped this strong desire. Because, in the end, she has become like this because of her speciality.

So far, not as much is known about their past as the others of the league. So she hadn’t had such flashbacks so far, so I’d wait a bit, vllt. Maybe she’ll come to the good side, who knows.

The flashback was not very long and yes she wants to kill those who liked it. There’s no one in the end living that’s right, but a physical disorder doesn’t go to logic. Presumably, the relationship of the league is rather friendship or mediocre for the purpose.
