My friend can no longer log in to Instagram. What can he do?
Since 11 p.m. last night my boyfriend hasn't been able to log in to Instagram. He keeps getting an error message. He's tried logging in several times but it doesn't work. He's even reinstalled Instagram and the error message keeps coming up. He didn't do anything wrong. The only thing was that we both shared the account and it was on two phones with the same password, so I was able to log in. All I know is that I logged in and out frequently yesterday and since then I've been getting the error message and he always gets the same error message because he can't get online anymore, so he gets the error message too. But it can't be true that he can no longer log in just because he logged in and out a few times on two devices. And what could also be the case is that he made quite a few comments on Instagramreels last week and talked about various topics. Maybe he violated the guidelines and was banned for that reason, so to speak? And how long does such a ban last? Does he have to create a new account?

Normally, if you've violated the guidelines, you'll be notified. Perhaps this has something to do with the high number of comments, but it's unlikely. I'll try logging in right now, see if I can get in. It worked in a second.
