My dog is afraid of some noises?

Hey guys,

My dog is a little crazy when it comes to certain noises. For example, when she hears a vibrating sound, like when a knife is pulled out in movies or cooking shows, or a simple bling sound. She also jumps up at certain other noises, starts shaking violently, and runs into a room or somewhere else. I usually cuddle with her during quiet situations, so she'll doze a bit or watch TV. But if she gets scared, she runs away like a bomb has exploded.

Now I'd like to understand why. The little one didn't grow up with a lot of noise or anything like that. So we can't watch cooking shows or anything on our phones, for example.

For example: I was watching the following video, and unsuspectingly, this bling sound came when he said, for example, "UTC +14" and a few more times. However, I couldn't finish the video because my dog was shaking so much and whining slightly. https://youtube.com/shorts/Ku6M_azWIX4?si=fs1EzrSQ7NTRmBMO

She also jumps when we hold the remote control that we use for the soundbar, as we can hear it clicking, but it's not that bad, really.

Not even veterinarians can explain what is going on and it is difficult to find an animal psychologist.

I know that dogs can react extremely sensitively to noises, but with my dog this is no longer normal and also very stressful… especially because I haven't observed this behavior in other dogs.

Can someone explain to me why my dog is so extremely jumpy when it comes to such sounds and what I can do about it or get her used to it?

She's a Bolonka Zwetna, almost 9 years old, and has never been as skittish as she is now. Sure, she's been scared of a lot of things, but for the past four or five years, she's been extremely difficult to handle. 🙁 I love my fluffy little sausage and just want to understand what's wrong with her.

If this is only “relatively new” and not a problem from the beginning, it has eventually incorrectly linked a corresponding sound. Alternatively, something with ears and eyes can not be okay, but you would have found out so far.

To disensitise the dog is best done with a trainer. The behaviour alone can also worsen.

My dog responds to nozzle hunters and bangling. I got her an ear cap, like I’m lovingly calling that thing.

She tolerates it with a little practice.

You can work on the noise fear of your female with counter conditioning.

For this, you adjust the volume in the video so quietly that it is still visible to you. You will notice the place where the sound in the video sounds and call your bitch a few seconds before and feed them with something very high-quality, such as dog liver, from the tube until the sound is heard and even while you hear the sound. The sound must be so quiet at the beginning that your female does not yet show a stress reaction. When she runs out, the sound was too loud. So start very quietly at the beginning and make the phone louder when your female shows no reaction with the previous volume.

If your bitch can’t relax when you watch TV, she seems to be nervous or insecure.

The problem will probably be that it has not grown up with noise and noise. You don’t get caught up with that. In such a situation, you shouldn’t make too much weight to realize that nothing happens.

The horror will certainly remain.

That was a mistake that has confirmed their uncertainty

Yes, the aging means two things for the dog:

  1. I’m being awkward, so my behavior is desirable.
  2. the human being blames me, so there is a reason so insecure.

Unfortunately, she has never learned that such noises are normal. With 9 and 5 years a problem with how far you can get out of it

if she gets very well with dogs I would recommend dogs btw puppy school because it is also about funny sounds. Since you missed this in all these years, you should learn with a trainer as to how to take fear, because unfortunately you will get worse than better. You said you made a scary dog

I know very well how to show unobstructed puppies so easy and teach that everyone does not even react until shots by hunters and stays with me in training. But pre-loaded people who really know
