Risking termination is bad, but still better than running people over.

He most likely won't be able to drive tomorrow. He certainly knew he had to work tomorrow, but he got drunk anyway. So he has to accept that he won't be fit to drive tomorrow.

Let him sleep, then he should report himself unfit for work tomorrow.

Then I hope he and everyone else gets a notice of termination without notice, along with a hefty driving ban and the revocation of their passenger transport license. Drunk bus drivers are an absolute no-go.

Wer sich trotz Verpflichtungen derartig zurichtet, sollte besser mal mit Fachleuten sprechen. Leitet ihm mal diesen Link weiter → https://www.kenn-dein-limit.de/alkoholberatung/

Call in sick. Go to the doctor, fake a migraine. Don't forget the peppermints.

Go to sleep if he's so drunk that he won't be sober by tomorrow, call in sick, and think before you drink next time.

Then he'll have to find another job. Obviously, he's not capable of taking on the responsibility for such a job.

Then what I wrote above also applies to them.
