MX Keys lock button not working as expected?

Hello everyone,

I bought the MX Keys a while ago and I'm very happy with them!

But recently I can no longer use the lock button (top right of the keyboard)…When I press it the MacBook should lock, which it did until recently.

When I press the button now, the letter "r" appears. Before, it was "d" too. No idea why he changed that. In the meantime, it was also "q"…

I have already checked the MX Keys settings in the Logi Options+ app and the correct function is entered here.

I also tried resetting to factory settings – without success.

Can anyone help me?

Hello, I'm considering buying a mechanical keyboard. Since they're usually very expensive, I'm looking at a Keychron. However, this is only available with an ANSI layout. Is it possible to swap the keys for an ISO layout?

Xbox controller not working with PC?

Hi, I wanted to play Fortnite with my Xbox controller, but somehow it doesn't work. I can't control it with the controller. I can't confirm, so I can't press "A" or go to the menu.

Try connecting the keyboard to another computer to make sure the problem isn't related to the computer itself.
Make sure you have the latest version of the Logi Options+ app installed on your computer and that your keyboard is updated to the latest firmware.
Remove the keyboard from your computer and reconnect it to make sure the connection is stable.
