Mother is overexcited, what now?

Hello, on my cylinder head with four M7 studs, one of the nuts is overtightened. However, it's not the nut itself, but the thread itself, so the nut just spins, no matter which direction you screw it. My question is, how do I get it off? The stud isn't large above the nut, so counter-tightening it wouldn't help. Regards

Insert with nem screwdriver between cylinder base and head and press with force against the head so that the nut can be rotated upwards at the same time (of course remove the other 3 first. Then turn the stud out and use new ones.

So what is there to buy, the mother drives apart through a steel wedge. Otherwise, you have to saw the mother, or work the mother with a small drill until you get her down, in any case the stud will suffer from it, and it better to lock the mother and turn the stud bolt out.
