My suggestions for brave names:

  • Aline/Alina (derived by Adelheid/Adelina, he means “precious” or “increased”, derived from Jelena/Helena, he means “bright” or “beautiful”)
  • Artemis (Greek goddess of hunting, virginity, birth, forest and moon and protector of women and children)
  • Aurora (means “Morgenröte” in Latin)
  • Chiara/Clara (means “light, bright, beautiful, clear” in Latin)
  • Valeria/Valerie (means “the strong/healthy” from the Latin “valere”)
  • Veronika/Berenike (means “Siegbringerin” in ancient Greek)
  • Viktoria/Victoria (means “Sieg” in Latin)

No, I don’t know why Ruby is obviously cool. But hey, I can still suggest names.
For example, there would be: Nora, Jora, Kelsey, Marnie, Ariadna or e, Quinn, Nika, Nike, Nica, Henrika, Elara, Kiana, Moana, Lydia, Lyra, Xenia, Rhea, Lucy, Cleo, Minna, Eufemia, Eufemia, Evolet, Xia, Nesrin, Naike and some more that don’t me now.

I would take the route “Uses a single-silver hard abbreviation of an actually long name” because the initiative shows. Something like Sam (Samantha), Lin (Melinda) or Jen (Jennifer).
