Rather, the liver is broken and you die before the kidneys say ciao. If then you get smoked plus schnapps is around the 60 finito.
Well, the one I know is about 63. Every day 6 to 20 bottles of beer. For 45 years approx.
Liver is likely to be broken. Intestine too.
Strong chain smoker.
I know her too. 93, every day a bottle of grain. Helmut Schmidt, 1 mio cigarettes. The genes. But you don’t know his. That’s the problem…

20 years, min 10 beer a day.
Not yet
The kidneys are not damaged by alcohol as directly as liver and brain. But of course more or less by relocation.
If you have nothing to do with a grown-up alcoholic, the question arises at some point how meaningful a therapy is.
It would be different if alcoholism is more moderate and not the cause of illness.
Every day 6 to 20 bottles of beer. For over 45 years.
Well, moderate, considering that some 2 bottles of vodka and more can be consumed. With 20 bottles of beer, dialysis doesn’t really make sense. There should be at least 12 litres to get out.But he has to see this himself.Alcohol is unfortunately a very tolerated drug.
He’d have to talk honestly about it.
Let it come to you. Sometimes one wonders, although the forecast is of course not favourable in the long term.
It’s not easy to watch someone break up like that, but he’s grown up and probably understood what the doctor said to him.
By the way, a delir, i.e. withdrawal plays a role at the moment.
He’ll probably die in the next few weeks. Or days.
After everything he told me, he should be pumped up now with strong painkillers that exist. He doesn’t notice anything.
Perhaps there is a moment when you can say diplomatically/scientiously that beers are too much for dialysis.
But there you can also see how painful he is against the truth.
If I told him that he’s an alcoholic, he’s totally out. He has completely stopped contact with all the people who told him that.
Then he has relativized his behaviour for decades, which is likely to break through very hard for both sides. One can ever assume that it was said to him.You can do it again. As a relative, you may sometimes be too tolerant, because one hopes to move.
At the bottom he will know it secretly, and at some point you have to leave it just as hard that might sound. He also doesn’t have to dialys, he could also decide not to do it and would die from it.Freedom is a high good with us, but unfortunately you have to look at something like this sometimes.
Well, he means he’s not an alcoholic, and he always refers to people who drink liquors. He’d just drink beer.
A pediatrician told him the other day that if he doesn’t have to act on dialysis. Then he didn’t do anything. Three weeks. And three weeks ago, he had a bill.
It seems like he can shoot himself completely with beer. I’ve experienced this extremely often, like the one that freaks out and gives bullshit from itself and the next day knows nothing more about all that.
He has lived a life so far, in a devastated, unfurnished and for more than 40 years unrenovated smoking apartment, where he rises in some madness in the evening to the deep into the night and rises over something. When he cooked himself, he started cooking at 10:00 in the evening, and at 02:00 in the morning he finally took the stuff off the stove. And at some point between 3:00 and 6:00 he went to sleep. And between 11am and 2pm he got up and then all of the way out.
Only that he was a completely different person in a certain time window after standing up. I hit him and he sat on his kitchen table and stuffed cigarettes. His voice quite calm and his answers very slowly and mostly thought.
And when you left and came back at 6:00, he had already reached a certain level and was impulsive.
From approx. At 9:00 p.m., you could be sure if you say something wrong, then he’s going crazy!
Mostly, the kidneys are sparkling when the liver fails. And then die.
Only if the kidneys are severely damaged.
Must be taken out when someone drinks 6 to 20 bottles of beer for 45 years a day.
Well, alcohol is mostly degraded via the liver.
So you’d rather have a liver failure before the kidneys fail.
I don’t know what to do and what to say… Wanted to make a visit.
But, after everything I know at least and just as I guess it would absolutely not surprise me if he died in a few weeks or even days.
I mean, a map with “good improvement”?
The man is most likely ill incurable!
I don’t know exactly his Alk career. But I know he drank his first beer at 14. And a couple of years ago, it also combined beer with liquor.
I know that his skin and eyes are strongly yellowish and that he hasn’t been eating almost normal for a long time. Very stupid.
And he himself is certainly not an alcoholic. You never see him without beer.
He has an emergency surgery.
And in my world of performance, since weekend is, I suppose he will get some clarity on Monday with a veterinarian visa or something regarding his diagnosis and recommended therapy. In my opinion, therefore, I could imagine that tomorrow he will be told as clearly as never before by doctors that he has a serious alcoholic disease, so that he can no longer deny it and will, because it is now just a lot too crasty and because the doctors can only extend his life by 1 to 2 years. Now just so rough my idea.
Then the kidneys would be the smallest problem.
Vlt. Eat the liver already broken.
