Does the bus driver have to take me even if I don't have any money?

I heard that if the last bus of the day wants to leave and I don't have any money, the bus driver still has to take me because it's the last bus of the day?

Thanks

What are you writing here?…

Children under 14 years of age also have a duty to take part without identification.

Transport conditions…

Of course he has to take you when it’s the last bus. What would you say about killing or rape the next day in the newspaper?…

You can specify the name and address and show or pay the next day for the admissible place. I would say to the bus driver my wallet / ticket was stolen etc.

No, he doesn’t.

Carriage requirements shall only apply if the conditions of transport are met, including a valid ticket.

No, he doesn’t. You always have to pay, no matter how many buses still come – or not.

20 minutes later, you wouldn’t have any money.

So? then you wait 8 hours. Or you’re more likely to catch the former bus.

Just because no more bus will be allowed to drive for free. You’re self-defence if you don’t have money.

I don’t know what you’d say if you had bought some food, and one of them wouldn’t have any money, and I’ve been saying nothing for two days.

This is wrong.

Without a valid ticket or without money for a ticket there no registration obligation.

Nö ..without money no need to run 😉

If you do not have a valid ticket, the driver is not obliged to take you along
